Jugal Kishor Agrawal took his first breath on, 8 June 1976, in a small village 'Sariya' of Raigarh district, situated on the eastern border of Madhya Pradesh, now Chhattisgarh. The rich cultural environment of his village made him to connect with art and literature. From childhood, he started reading novels and magazines of famous authors and editors as 'Dharmayug' and 'Navneet Digest' magazines and many novels.
In the free air of his village, he lived a childhood life full of 'Masti' (inebriation). Fancy and dream are the qualities which make his personality as a writer and came to him by the surrounding of his childhood.
After his education up to higher secondary at his village, he went to Raigarh for the graduation in biology science. Jugal is interested in social and organizational work from his young age and has been giving his services to the society for a long time through many organizations. Nowadays he is running a school.
His poems and articles have been published in many newspapers and magazines time to time. He got best editor prize at the state level for the magazine 'Smriti' edited by him.
