Jugal Kishor Agrawal took his first breath on, 8 June 1976, in a small village 'Sariya' of Raigarh district, situated on the eastern border of Madhya Pradesh, now Chhattisgarh. Jugal is interested in social and organizational work from his young age and has been giving his services to the society for a long time through many organizations. Nowadays he is running a school.
