Dr Juliet Decaestecker is a World Integrative Veterinarian from Belgium, living in India since 2017, who has gathered knowledge from more than 52 countries through a continuous learning for 18 years. She is a vet specialized in a variety of holistic treatment services ranging from Traditional Chinese Medicine to Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Food Therapy and Phytotherapy, among others. Her experience has made her realize that helping pets also transforms their owner.
Her mission is to improve the life of at least a 100,000 pets and their owners. To achieve this, she feels it is important to make basic information accessible to everybody, as she realizes that the basic needs of a pet are often misinterpreted or just not known. Making the quality of life of the pet and owner better through a simple, natural way is the only way to treat the root of a disease instead of the symptoms. Being a proud mother of three wonderful daughters, she wants to give them a better future by leaving a less toxic world for the next generation.
Traditional knowledge is like Belgian cut diamonds; it’s precious. In her case, it is even a way of life. She has personally experienced a transformation in herself and her close circle by taking up a simpler, healthier and therefore more conscious way of life. Her medicine is her food and her food is her medicine, as it is for her own dogs.
