Khwahish Khan always found interest in writing and reading. She has represented her school and taken part in multiple writing events and has won the third prize in the ‘Sharad Pawar State Level Essay Writing Competition.’ Her writing skills may also be identified from her debut novel ‘AN IDENTITY’, first published on a social platform called Wattpad. However, finding that her book was gaining popularity, she decided to publish it. She has also taken part in debate competitions such as AISM and Frank Anthony. She had also received a best speaker title in a debate competition within her school. She had successfully qualified for the City Finals of ‘The Times of India NIE Think and Learn Challenge’. 
 
She has her own blog on Wordpress wherein she voices out her opinion on various topics. Her writing skills have been inculcated from her grandfather who was a well-known writer for several magazines. This first publication of hers is definitely worth a read and not to be missed.
