After two decades of rich industry experience, Maneesh embarked on a journey to pursue his passion for Mind Mapping and Project Management. He set up his Firm, Inlighten Consultancy (, to enable Ideas, Innovation and Individuals within organizations to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.  A passionate and die-hard fan of Mind Maps, these form the backbone of all his workshops on Creativity, Innovation & Managing Projects. He has made it his mission to take Mind Maps to all interested covering organizations and academia, including schools and colleges. His commitment to delivering outstanding training programs is apparent from the excellent ratings and feedback he has received for all his sessions.

He is an engineer from IIT Delhi and an MBA by education. A ThinkBuzan Licensed Instructor (TLI) for Mind Maps, he has been trained by the inventor of Mind Maps himself, Mr. Tony Buzan.

His first book “Mind Maps for Effective Project Management” evoked serious interest and ranked 31 in the Management category (in Kindle e-books) besides featuring in the PMI National conference, ASQ journal, World Book Fair 2016, International Book Fair 2016 and in a SAGE journal.
