Mrutyunjay Sarangi.

Mrutyunjay Sarangi is a retired civil servant and former judge of a Central Tribunal. Post retirement his time is divided between editing the monthly eMagazine LiteraryVibes and writing poems and short stories. He has nine collections of Odia short stories to his credit. In 2022 he published two books of his short stories in English - The Jasmine Girl at Haji Ali and A Train to Kolkata. Mrutyunjay has received a few literary awards, notable among them is The Fakir Mohan Senapati Award for Short Stories in Odia from the Utkal Sahitya Samaj in 2018. He lives in Bhubaneswar.
