Pradeep has worked extensively in different Indian states, including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Bihar, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat.
Pradeep's expertise extends to driving sales for various loan products, such as microcredit, MSME loans, and farmer credit, as well as cross-selling products like household goods, micro-insurance, solar lights, Hero Cycles, Samsung and other electronic goods with house hold goods and Products to enhance branch profitability.
His career highlights include roles at notable organizations such as Green Agrevolution Pvt. Ltd. (DeHaat) as a General Manager (Financial Services), where he oversaw farmer financing, DC and farmer onboarding across different regions. He achieved significant results in terms of DeHaat Centre onboardings and farmer credit lines provided.
Pradeep also served as a General Manager (Zonal Business Head) at Arohan Financial Services Ltd., where he managed operations, quality, credit, and risk management for the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh zone. He successfully led a team of managers and achieved portfolio quality and P&L targets.
