Dr. M. Anwar Khairee is a Professor of Pashto Language at Kabul University, Afghanistan. Currently, he is working as a visiting Professor at Pashto Department, Centre for Persian and Central Asian Studies, School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He is the author of two books and has written several articles in Dari and Pashto languages. Purnima Sharma is a Doctoral Research Scholar at the Centre for European Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India. She has three-year working experience with an International Non-Governmental Organization (Central Asian Development Group/United States Agency for International Development) and of teaching at Mashal Institute of Higher Education in Kabul and established her own school in Nimroz province in Afghanistan. She speaks both official languages of Afghanistan (Dari and Pashto) and published several articles on various issues of Afghanistan in English, Dari and Pashto languages. She also presented at India-Afghanistan Cultural Week Programme organised by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). Her articles includes نیمروز: د افغانستان یو نوی اقتصادي مرکز (Afghan-German Online, 2019); دیدگاه بلوچستان (Afghan-German Online, 2018); Nowruz- New Year (Himalayan and Central Asian Studies, 2018);USAID’s Educational and Vocational Training Program for Women in Afghanistan: Case Study of Nimroz Province(International Journal of South Asian Studies, 2017); among various other articles.

Nazir Ahmad Yosufi is a Doctoral Research Scholar at the Centre for European Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India. He has been the recipient of PhD Scholarship Award from the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) 2016-2020. He speaks fluent Hindi besides Dari (mother-tongue), Pashto (native-language), Balochi and English languages. He is the founder of Afghan National School in Nimruz Province. He has also received an award from the National Environmental Protection Agency, Nimruz, Afghanistan in 2013. He worked at the Political department of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan between 2018-2019. He further helped connecting Indian schools with Afghan schools to organize debate and speech competitions. Recently, he has been selected as the Afghan Youth Representative in Asia by the High Council of Youth, Afghan Government.
