Rahul Sooknanan

Professor Rajendra Ramlogan is Professor of Commercial and Environmental Law at the University of the West Indies. He graduated with a doctorate in International Environmental Law from the University of Cambridge and from New York University School of Law with a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies.
