In an age where spotlight and humility don't often go together, comes a simple, blue eyed boy next door who is as altruistic as a role model can get. Founder & President of the worlds largest youth run organisation, IIMUN, he is the reason why the concept of global citizenship is known to 10 million students across 160 cities in India and now 22 countries around the world, where his organisation conducts annual conferences. The reason why young people have started paying attention to India's international image, Rishabh, is a mentor to thousands of young students, a budding author, a social entrepreneur, a visiting faculty apart from donning the hat of his day job of running an iron & steel company. A former International chess player, avid reader and a water polo enthusiast, he is an inspiration to Gen Next. Best described in his own words- he is "just another young person trying to help young people"

The shy boy; the quiet one; the one that blends in; the one to be forgotten. No. I wouldn’t be writing a book if I was meant to fade away; I wouldn’t be exposing my greatest fear for the world to see and learn from, if I wanted to blend in. This book is not just a personal story of my evolution instead, it is a medium that I hope will inspire thousands of people struggling with effective communication to start working towards overcoming their ordeal.

This is not the story of a boy who grows up to be a business tycoon, nor of a pauper who through sheer will reaches the zenith of success; it is but a story of a boy who had a problem, who recognized and accepted that there was a shortcoming and who worked relentlessly in the face of failure to overcome it.
Do you remember the dread that you felt on your first day at a new school or at that new job? Do you recall moving to a new country and longing for the familiar? That yearning to step back into your comfort zone? Don’t take the bait, it won’t help you. Cross over that line of comfort and grow a little. Change your perspective on how you view your failures and weaknesses; but I implore you to never ignore them.
I may only be some twenty odd years into my existence, but I know that the only way up is to raise people up as you go along. If you are good at something, then help people who need your help. Public speaking or any other form of effective communication maybe tough for you but it is not impossible to master. Read my story, get to know me a little and maybe someday we shall cross paths; I look forward to conversing with you.
