Samprada is an author, poet, director of Enlightened Thought Works and a corporate trainer who conducts seminars and workshops. Being an engineering graduate with a post graduate diploma in International Business, she has a spiritual side to her nature. She spends a lot of time researching in the vedic sciences and enjoys practicing meditation. Meditation has played an important role in her life and in the making of this book. This research was done by her when she was completely on bed for several days due to her health. She later tested her techniques on herself to find relief and later on several others for about two years to find 100% results.
