<p>Dr. E. Sudhakar is basically a student of Politics and International Relations and of every subject that extends the horizons of human knowledge. Teaching, reading and writing are his passion. Teaching is his profession. Born in Warangal, an educational and cultural centre in Telangana state, he obtained his bachelor's degree from the Osmania University and his M.A. in Politics and M.Phil from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has a doctorate in International Relations from Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana State. Dr. Sudhakar taught politics and international relations to the students of degree and post-graduate courses in various colleges affiliated to Osmania University and Kakatiya University, for three decades. He has worked as a Principal of various degree colleges and retired from ABV Degree and P. G. College, Jangaon, Warangal District, as Principal. He has published over a dozen research articles in various national and international journals, mainly on politics and international relations. </p>
<p>His published books include, "SAARC: A Study of Issues, Policies and Prospects” (by Gyan Publishers, New Delhi and "Pedagogy of Oppressed Women in India" (by S&S publications, Hyderabad). Also published a couple of books on International Relations and Government and Politics of South Asia, in Telugu language.</p>
