He has been able to bring some radical changes in the lives of his juniors who were finding it hard to lead a team. His sole purpose in penning down his thoughts is to make people aware of the ways to mentor or guide subordinates to be future leaders.
 
The author believes in continuous learning and thus keeps on reading self-help books to gain more knowledge. He preaches only what he follows in his day-to-day life.
