A K Narayan, a Chartered Accountant, heads his own wealth management firm. He has over three decades of experience in the capital market and has delivered over 900 lectures on Investor Awareness, contributed many articles in newspapers and participated in numerous TV shows on investment and personal finance management. 
As the President of the Tamilnadu Investors Association for 15 years, Mr. Narayan was instrumental in spreading awareness on equity investment. He has been nominated as a member of many SEBI constituted committees. He was a trustee of the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) for SEBI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs under the Government of India as well as National Stock Exchange and Madras Stock Exchange.
As the President of the Mutual Fund Distributors forum IFA Galaxy, he has contributed to the growth of the distributor community through guidance on investor education and protection.
