Dr. A. Vennila is a dedicated professional with over nine years of rich experience in handling management subjects. She specialized in finance and HR and is currently working as an associate professor in the Department of Management Studies at Rathinam College of Arts and Science (Autonomous). 
She also has experience as a finance executive in a reputed textile industry. She delivers customized learning material to students to enhance their curriculum and career development. She has published more than twenty technical publications in international and national journals and has presented more than twenty articles/abstracts in international and national conferences. 
She has grabbed the Best Researcher Award from GRABS Educational Charitable Trust in 2015, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award For Young Scientist, Marina Labs – R&D 2016, Young Woman Educator & Scholar Award during 4th Women’s Day Awards powered by National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED) 2017, MTC Global Award for Excellence – 2017’s Distinguished Teacher Award: Management 2017, Best Teaching Faculty Lifetime Award by Dr. Kalam Educational Trust 2017 and Best Researcher Award – 2017 by Indian Academic Researchers Association.
 Being a research head, she has received grants twice from ICSSR and NABARD for conducting national seminars/workshops. She is also a member of the Association of Indian Management Scholars and the Management Teachers Consortium (MTC).
