Abhimanyu Singh

Abhimanyu Singh retired in 2000, after spending 36 fruitful years in the I.A.S. He handled varied aspects of government and came across people from diverse strata of society. He had started his career as a Lecturer in Patna University. As Visiting Professor at the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi, and later as Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, he maintained his academic interests. He is a doctorate in Economics and has an M.Sc. from London School of Economics.
