Traversing Indian Mythos through Poesy is a collectanea of creative expressions on the themes, situations, and characters in Indian mythology. The idea of this anthology was conceptualized to delve into the realms of the deeply inscribed mythological convictions. Myth and truth forge ahead simultaneously, accentuating their subtle presence in every aspect of our lives while also relegating the former to the margins as logic and reasoning overpower our unquestioning and relentless faith in the belief system. This anthology is a sincere attempt to express the mythological impacts on the minds of the composers in verse format. It also acknowledges the presence of archaic symbols and archetypical images in our subconscious minds that have been reflected in this garland of poems.

The palace, temples, streets, houses, schools, college, grounds and trees—all were drowned, as the level of the water rose in the reservoir. This book would allow the younger generation to have a glimpse into the history of their new town which is rehabilitated just above the old town. This would enable them to read about the old town that they did not have the opportunity to live in but what forms the foundation of their rich cultural inheritance. This book is in a pictorial format, which was presented live in the online program conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Language, Art and Culture Academy. Hope this helps bridge the gaps of time and age between the new generation and their forefathers who were the oustees of their own town and their sacrifice is remembered through the ages to come.

‘Submerged and Rehabilitated’ is about people striving to keep themselves grounded to their cultural roots while also embracing the new trends, creating a colourful canvas for them to live an all-encompassing life, shaded with the past and brightened with the future. The stories give a glimpse of the lives amidst the rivers and hills, pines and conifers while narrating breathtaking incidents and twists in them. The verses are spontaneous, emotional and multidimensional outlets that follow the conventional rhyming patterns. This book is a carry away miniature epitome of literary, social and cultural epics with illustrations that help the readers to replicate the stories vividly.
