Anshika, a post-graduate engineer working in one of the “Big 4s” as consultant, dreamt about pursuing her passion. Since her childhood, she loved to play with words and tried to find meaning, which always led to what we call ‘a happy ending’. In this world full of practicality, emotions take a toll and the person loses the zeal to work towards it, which leads to an imbalance in life.
Based out of such a busy city like Mumbai, she managed to give importance to her emotional quotient along with her work-life. Anshika has penned down those feelings that are felt by almost all of us, which nobody tries to admit or work on. It’s her desire to help people live a stress-free life as it affects health more than any other disease. With this book, she has taken the initiative towards making this world a better place for the people belonging to the world and she pledges to save them both.
