Arthy Infanta A is a Villupuram native who grew up in the city. She began her college studies at Villupuram's Theivanai Ammal College for Women (Autonomous). She received the InRes Academic Excellence Award 2021 and was the University's first rank holder in BBA and sixth rank holder in MBA. She is an assistant professor of Business Administration at Stella Maris College (Autonomous), Chennai, with nearly ten years of teaching experience. She is the author of Modern Management Concepts and Practices, her first book, and is as passionate about education as she is about management. She comes from a family of academics and has a long list of academic credentials and accomplishments to her name. Her eager involvement and pursuit of information can be traced back to her enthusiastic engagement and pursuit of knowledge.
She has had her work published in well-known publications and has presented papers at regional, national and international conferences on a variety of important topics including self-help groups, marketing, CSR initiatives, the third-gender community, management principles and human resource management, a subject close to her heart. Her insatiable desire to learn and improve herself has led her to participate in a variety of conferences, faculty development programmes, workshops and webinars, and her expertise and dedication have allowed her to hold a variety of positions in the education sector, as well as contribute as a resource person for various educational programmes.
On a personal level, she enjoys interacting with young people, enjoys car driving and considers herself to be an avid traveler.
