Gabriel Delvis Roy

Gabriel Delvis Roy lives with his wife, Vimala in Fairfax, Virginia in the U.S., and spends a few months every year in South India. Trained as an engineer, he served as a professor in India and USA. He worked for the U.S. government, managing sponsored research programs in several countries. His last assignment was as an Associate Director for Science and Technology for the U.S. Office of Naval Research Global, as a diplomat in the U.S. Embassy in Singapore.
