Dr. Hilal Ahmad Rather had also been the recipient of Life Time Achievement Award in sport which was awarded by Mr. Tariq Hameed Karra Member of Indian Parliament (Former Minister for Finance, Planning, Law, Housing Forest, and Urban Development J&K State) in presence of Hon’ble Sports Minister of J&K State Mr. Taj Mohi-Ud-Din in 2013.

Dr. Rather has been awarded as Best Research Paper Presenter at Global Scientific Conference on Physical education, Health & Sports sciences 24^th – 26^th January 2014 at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab.

Dr. Hilal Ahmad Rather is a social Activist and Motivational Speaker.

International & National Achievements in Sports

Dr. Hilal Ahmad Rather had represented India at various international competitions at Pyong-yang, North Korea, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and had brought laurels for the state and country as well. Dr. Hilal Ahmad Rather had participated in more than 10 national championships.
