Kamalakar Mishra

The world of Hindi literature lost a budding author to babudom when the 22 year old Assistant Professor of Allahabad University joined the Indian civil services (IAS) in 1962. Kamalakar Mishra held many senior positions in the Government of India and the West Bengal State Government.
