She has worked for eight years in the financial services sector. She believes that if one can be creative and analytical at the same time, it is easy to discover the fruits never tasted before. Her first lifeline is to analyze. She loves to plug and play with numbers to create models. All the personal journals that she has maintained since childhood reflect this trait. Most of her journal entries have too many ifs and buts, pros and cons and even charts. The second lifeline is people. She loves to learn about people, their challenges, what motivates and drives them, and their stories. She developed her own list of not-safe and safe topics to discuss with people to reduce the argument and conversation rate from 1:1 to 1:30. Her last and biggest lifeline is to write poems. ?
