Holding multiple certifications and specialised training in Cyber-psychology, Addiction Medicine, and Emotional Intelligence, she has dedicated her career to addressing the challenges posed by digital addiction and enhancing emotional intelligence.
With over a decade of experience in homeopathic practice, Dr. Kruti has been instrumental in providing personalised treatment to her patients. Since 2018, she has also been offering Emotional Intelligence coaching, supporting individuals in developing resilience and self-awareness. Her recent focus on digital de-addiction counselling, particularly for children and families, stems from her commitment to promoting digital well-being in today’s tech-driven world.
An advocate for digital literacy and emotional intelligence, Dr. Kruti has led awareness sessions for thousands of students, parents, and educators, empowering them with tools to manage digital dependency.
