His basic profession has been in the field of financial advising and insurance marketing where he has been awarded several times for extraordinary accomplishments. Further, he has been engaged in conducting motivational seminars for various sections of people for several years.
M. A. Augusty is a Post Graduate in English Literature, besides Bachelor of Education. Further he has taken Post Graduate Diplomas in Counselling and Yoga.
Additionally, he has done extensive studies in Psychology, especially Positive Psychology, which is a subject very close to his heart.
