With over 25 years of leadership across Textiles, Food, and Education, Prof Sudhakar Rao has consistently built, nurtured, and scaled brands to lasting success. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and a graduate of the MIT Sloan program in Design Thinking, he has held high-impact roles spanning branding, marketing, and international operations. Currently serving as Director–Branding at the ICFAI Group, he shapes the brand strategy for 11 universities, 9 business schools, and a network of law and technology schools across India. His contributions have been recognized widely: CK Prahalad Chair Award for Marketing (2024), Dun & Bradstreet Marketing Maverick (2024), and Brand Strategist of the Year (2025, Fluxx Awards, Hong Kong).

An accomplished author, Prof Sudhakar Rao has written WiseViews: Lessons from The Game Changers, First. Forever., and DiviSeema Business Fables. He is also a sought-after keynote speaker and currently chairs the FICCI Telangana Education Committee.
