Tushar Khosla is a management professional, working in the field of organisation transformation, institutional strengthening, operating model & process redesign, change management, value creation and benefit realisation, for over two decades.
He has worked as a line executive and also as a Strategy and Transformation consultant, helping several global and domestic organisations, both in the private and public sector, to define and manage the transformation agenda, covering operating model, process, technology and people dimensions.
