Partha Sarathi Rout, S/o. Lt. Debdas Rout, was born on 13th November 1980, in a small village named ‘Nutangram’ of Purulia district in West Bengal, India. He had started his astrological journey in 2011 and laboured hard, accordingly, achieved a couple of famous titles in the field of stellar astrology named ‘K.P. Hora Ratna’ and ‘Jyotish Vachaspati’ from KP Stellar Astrological Research Institute (KPSARI), Chennai, in the year 2014. 
The ‘Supreme Power’ has created everyone with some planetary combination. The events in the well-defined divine plan, are well-arranged and are timed with amazing precision. Astrology can be correctly interpreted by a rising star in the world of astrology like Mr. Rout, endowed with divine grace and wisdom.
