From the age of 25, she got interested in reading and collecting information on traditional food and its medicinal values. While reading more about health and looking at the situation in society, she realized that people take a lot of medicines even for minor health issues and this will lead us to live without peace of mind and good health. Hence, she decided to share with everyone the importance of traditional food and valuable health tips for their benefit. Her greatest desire is that everyone should realize the significance of our food and culture that has immense value for our well-being.
