An electrical engineering graduate from Aligarh Muslim University (1972 batch), Rajiva Sharma  is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. After a meritorious service in the Army, while in private sector, one of the production units under his leadership got the prestigious ‘Golden Peacock National Quality Award’.
