Ramya Ranganathan completed her B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at IIT Madras and PGDM in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. For the last six years, Ramya has been designing and teaching courses at IIM Bangalore where she invites students and executives to craft meaningful careers for themselves. Her dream is a world where there is no longer a chasm between happiness and work. Ramya’s many avatars include poet, philosopher, professor and parent.
