His journey in education and professional growth has been shaped by the challenges he overcame. While he initially pursued sciences and engineering without passion, he later found his true calling during his MBA and PhD studies. His research focuses on developing a sustainable land project model that empowers marginal farmers to achieve financial independence by generating annual incomes of $30,000 to $60,000 for a family of up to 6 members.
This model integrates sustainable farming techniques, education, and employment to foster self-reliance and community growth. Sangam’s hands-on approach, including raising goats and experimenting with farm structures, ensures that his solutions are practical and achievable for others.
Driven by a desire to bridge the gap between rich and poor, Sangam believes that providing families with resources to sustain themselves creates opportunities for a dignified life. His book reflects this passion, offering a roadmap for families to build a legacy of sustainability and purpose.
Currently based in Noida, Sangam spent a decade in the United States, living in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Connecticut, and Virginia, gaining a global perspective on social challenges.
