He writes as a hobby and thus, he likes sharing his knowledge with young professionals, students as well as parents. Whether in his own field of work or other areas of his expertise, he likes to express and share his views and experience. Though his profession is far from what he actually likes doing, he keeps himself involved in training, coaching & mentoring young professionals. Due to his passion, he has done a good amount of research on some of the most important behavioral aspects – emotions, motivation, anger, anxiety and depression. His last book published in 2016 was on the subject of Employee Motivation, which was well acclaimed and became popular among readers in the corporates. He has studied Psychology, Teenage behavior, symptoms of depressive disorders and different types of depression among children. His intention is to bring awareness among parents & teachers so that the problem can be identified and rectified on time. By doing this he wants to contribute to the society by spreading knowledge and awareness. He is presently doing a research, focused around depression among working professionals in India.</p>
