For someone like me who has always had an extremely positive bend of mind since childhood, was shakeup when challenges of the unknown "Autism "were thrown upon me by the Almighty. 
In my vocabulary list of words such as...."Not Possible "never existed.I was someone who wanted to find a solution for every difficult situation that I came across in Life and wanted to remain cheerful and spread happiness as though nothing had occurred in my life.
Whether it was writing, singing or painting I did it because I enjoyed every bit of it.They were a way of extending personal joy and self revelation. I still do it for my own pleasure,I feel incomplete without these three things in my life,it gives me solace,keeps me going strong during rough patches.Its my "Me Time"that I have a penchant for.
As you go through my articles,you will feel sparks of happiness.....a beautiful thing to experience, to help me lift up my heart,where I felt optimistic and hopeful to go on in life.
Be grateful for whatever comes your way,because each has been sent to fulfill a mission.
Don't chase happiness, no one can give it to you,you have to create your own.
Tie a goal to your life,whether big or small. 
Happiness is where you are "NOW".
All that I learnt is....
