Author Shyam Mohan, has been a corporate manager and an entrepreneur himself. He has professional track-record of success with two major publishing houses of international repute for over a decade - 1966 to 1976 in Bombay, Delhi, and Hyderabad gave him immense confidence to make such a powerful statement as above.
Later in 1977, his business initiative christened as Trust Marketing Corporation, pursued institutional and consumer durable marketing.
During his presidency of Hyderabad Management Association, and also as Chairman Quality Circle Forum of India Hyderabad, he strongly felt the need to propagate professional management and quality movement with the emergence of new corporate Indian culture. 
Mohan with his positioning strategies successfully able to get patronage of nearly 500 organizations from public, private, defence, banking sectors and academic institutions, etc. to promote his pioneered concept producing management and quality video training programmes under the banner of Corporate Communication Systems India.
His professional exposure and extensive corporate entrepreneurial relationship gave him golden experience in life enabling to share this labour of love.
