Smriti Hari is a baker, food enthusiast and the founder of ‘Chocobean’, a company producing scrumptious desserts and exquisite customised cakes. She achieved a place in the Limca Book of Records for making 551 different varieties of vadas. Her passion for food and love for cooking has seen her win numerous prestigious competitions and led to recognition from Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and Chef Vikas Khanna, amongst others.
