She is a faculty in F.A., the Finance Academy, Hosur.

Himapriya. M is a Commerce Graduate and is an Educationist with nearly a decade’s experience in the field of accounting, auditing and coaching. She has mentored hundreds of students in finance and helped them to clear their exams in distinction. Being an expert in designing the teaching methods to suit the individual student, she has brought all her experience in authoring this book.

CA. RS Raghavan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience as CFO in international companies with exposure to International Accounting, Reporting, SAP, Financial Management, Business Restructuring, Working Capital Management, Income Tax Planning, etc. He has contributed to transforming businesses to their next level.
