DOCTOR TA SRINIVASEN is a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel, currently associated with Star Health Insurance, Chennai. His earlier associations include Dalmia Cement, HCL Technologies, CavinKare, Dharmsee Parpia Groups and Tamil Nad Hospitals (Global) spanning over three decades. He has demonstrated that legal and secretarial functions can add value to the core business for its bottom and topline growth.
Srinivasen, started with a B.Com. from Loyola College Chennai, went on to complete his B.L. from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai followed by M.L. from Annamalai University. In addition, he holds an M.B.A. from the DoMS of the University of Madras. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and was also elected to become an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) UK. He was awarded Doctorate by the University of Madras for his research thesis on IPR.  In addition, he was also associated as a faculty teaching IPR for the MSO Programme meant for the Professional Course passed students of ICSI. He had also served as an Industrial Member, Board of Studies, Department of Corporate Secretary Ship Course for three years both in Alagappa University as well as in University of Madras.
