Sunil Menon
During his IT career, Sunil became an IRONMAN, a Boston qualifier, an IRONMAN certified coach, race director of the Airtel Hyderabad Marathon, certified breathing instructor from Buteyko Breathing Center, and still holds the Bangalore Ultra-marathon 75Km record with a timing of 7 hours and 14 minutes.
After 17 years of IT experience, he decided to follow his passion for health and fitness by launching Menon Fitness Systems with a mission to influence the right habits for an active lifestyle. He coaches athletes by creating smart training and nutrition plans enabling them to realize their full potential and stay injury-free.
He started Menon Fitness Systems on 3rd January 2016 and quit his full-time job at Microsoft in November the same year.
Today Menon Fitness Systems has trainees worldwide that include the United States, UK, Australia, and China, apart from India. His unique coaching style and simplistic approach towards nutrition made him the most sought out coach in India.
