A certified organizational change leader with a passion for learning and development, project management, and training, Dr. Tariq is a member of several doctoral advisory committees at numerous universities and serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. His extensive experience, research, and commitment to advancing the field of AI in higher education make him uniquely positioned to provide valuable insights and guidance through this book. Rommel Pilapil Sergio, PhD, is a book author, multi-award winning educator, community leader, and a distinguished academic. He has been awarded a Post-Doctoral in Management certificate (USA) and holds two terminal degrees: PhD in Counseling Psychology (Philippines) and PhD in Management (UK) with a concentration in Human Resource Management (HRM). His research on leadership, organizational behavior, strategic management, organizational development and change, and HRM spurred him to write his books, Management Cases: Thriving Organizations in the New Normal (an Amazon best-seller) and Unbroken: Trials to Triumph, The Making of a Community Leader.
