Just another teenager hyperbole *pun intended* My accomplishments range from being able to roll out of bed on time to swallowing a chewing gum and staying alive ;) I can hold seminars on Harry Potter. For me, writing is an enclosure I find myself in on my worst and best days, it is an escape that takes me to an open grassland where the azure sky is reflected in the wide lake, it is plan-B for everything that goes wrong and it is falling in love. My passion for reading dates back to childhood days of princesses, dragonflies, monsters under the bed and grazed knees. What never made me feel exhausted, despite my super tiring routine as a kid (space-travel is tough, and so is fighting with dragons) was listening to my mother read me my favourite bedtime book or (when I learnt how to read) flipping through one of the many Enid Blyton books kept on my bookshelf. I couldn't wait to wield a pen in my hand and draft out tales of doing the impossible, beating the unbeatable and somehow being able to change the world. It is freedom to be able to even think that way... Writing makes me feel lucky. Thank you all heaven-like-musty-smelling-things-with-pages. Thank you for making all of us feel special.

It is a beautiful thing to witness, a compilation of poems woven with such ferocity; they will braid your perception. This book has been written to remind you of a plethora of emotions you have felt. It wants to make you laugh but also talks about being lonely. It is a hyperbole and an adjective. It is a thought you once had. It is the person on the other side of a conversation. It is a subtle prompt of what you felt and believed in and all the queer enterprises you have been engaged in.The beauty of this book is that it wraps itself around you, like a blanket on a cold evening. You could flip open to any page and run your finger down any line and feel the verses move you through time and space.
