I am based in Goa, India for past forty years. I wanted to be a Human Resource specialist and had strong wish to work for Tata Motors! Just within completing my Masters specializing in HR, I succeeded in joining Tata Motors. After working for this organization for fifteen years, embarked on proving consultancy to Corporates.
