Based in New Delhi, I have been practising as a people development professional over all these years, developing a strong people connection, skill enhancement and cultural transmission with people across geographies; they have been more of a passion than a job for me.
For more than 18 years, I’ve been designing mentoring, knowledge and skill enhancement solutions to assist people to learn how to work together productively, live together in harmony and resolve conflicts effectively. I’ve designed and conducted experiential interventions for global and national business corporate houses, public centre units, government agencies, social set-ups and educational institutions.
