After a bitter experience at London, it was difficult for him to come to terms with what happened and being a life skills trainer, as he likes to call himself, and having read a lot of material on such matters as philosophy, life and mind and its ways with us, it only worsened his agony. He deeply introspected on how he could not see what was coming. He studied the lives of people who fought back and stood tall after certain uninvited traumatic experiences in their lives. He thinks he realised something to share with all. Through this book, he wants to share what he learnt from this experience and how to deal with the aftermath of such unpleasant experiences in life.
