Prema Raghavan is a Professor of English. She retired from NCERT after four decades of working in areas which include English Literature, ELT and Inclusive Education. She is the author of an anthology of short stories, 'Eve in the Land of Kali', which has received great reviews on social media platforms like Good Reads, Amazon, Facebook and Instagram, to name a few. The novel 'All Endings Lead to New Beginnings' is a venture into a hybrid genre, combining romance and suspense with the chronicling of social history. She has a popular blog on Facebook listed in her name. About the blog she writes, “You will find musings and poems on this site mostly about my experiences, straddling the domains of child and adult, urban woman and primordial female.” She is a keen birder and is passionate about bird-friendly gardening. These interests are reflected in her writings. In 2020, she moved to Delhi from Mysore. She lives in South Delhi with her husband.
