Babu Joseph
Babu Joseph retired from the Border Security Force (BSF) after 37 years of active service. While serving in the Force in various capacities, he encountered practical difficulties in applying the law of the Force correctly and effectively. He identified this problem with every other General Duty officer of the Force who lacked a formal legal background and thus ventured to compile this treatise for their daily reference.
After retirement, he lives at Kottayam, Kerala with his wife and busies himself with social work and welfare of the ‘PRAHARIs’ of the Nation.
