Arun Wakhlu and Young Friends
Arun Wakhlu, is the Founder of Pragati Leadership Institute, Pune, India. He is also the Chairman of Pragati Foundation, an NGO dedicated to unfolding Joy, Peace and Abundance for all. He is also the initiator of the Foundation for Peace and Compassionate Leadership.
Arun has a B. Tech degree from IIT Delhi, and a PGDBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He has logged over 30,000 hours of facilitation, coaching and developing leaders in leading organizations (Business, Education, NGOs and Governments).
An accomplished writer, Arun has written the award-winning book “Managing from the Heart”. His latest books are “One Wholesome World”, and The Book of Compassion written with two Nobel Peace Laureates: HH The Dalai Lama and Kailash Satyarthi.
Arun is a Member of the Global Board of the Charter for Compassion and has also initiated the movement called Education Today, Society Tomorrow (ETST). He has been an active contributor to developing Leaders in Education to for over 40 years.
