Suvvidhi
An Introduction
From early, Suvvidhi was drawn to simple living and understanding the meaning to life, which gradually became an inner quest for truth. This path led him to walk barefoot for many years across India and Nepal, where he closely engaged in discussions with people from diverse ways of life. During these formative years, he also studied Indian classical religions, philosophy, and spiritual traditions from across times.
What began as a personal search slowly expanded as he met people from different walks of life, each carrying their own questions, and challenges. Through these interactions, Suvvidhi sought to understand the modern human experience, particularly the inner conflicts and tensions that shape it. His aim has been to help people cultivate understanding of these issues and develop a deeper awareness of themselves. Over the years, he has produced a sum of active meditation practices that helps one to construct awareness, and self-understanding. He writes poems, stories and articles, some which are included in this book.
He continues to teach the practices and engage in dialogue with his students in Udaipur, Rajasthan, where he currently lives.
