Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalWhen your heartbeat echoes in the cosmos
And your thoughts are but her whispers,
Your soul glitters in the million hues
Of all the stories left untold;
When your eyelashes flutter in the wind
And your eyes harbor the twinkle of the stars,
You grow into the infinity you were made from
And become entangled in
The Cobwebs of the Cosmos.

The author is a teenage poet who identifies as a dreamer in the vast meshes of the universe. Poetry has been her starry sky and placid lake that helps her repose into herself and look at the world around her with a novel perspective. She is also an active advocate of equality in society, particularly women and child rights. As an aspiring researcher, she is committed to addressing crises such as global warming, forest fires, food insecurity and water scarcity; she uses her poems as a tool to convey these messages to the general public. Furthermore, her writing style is also reflective of a coming-of-age experience in a world that tries to bottle dreams. This book is the successor of her first poetry collection published under the title ‘Incandescence’ and carries forward the theme of love, humanity, spirituality and intellectual reflection.
