Dr. Amit Sinha is an accomplished academic, corporate trainer, and industry expert with over 29 years of diverse experience across finance, FMCG, retail, life insurance, and higher education. Dr. Sinha currently serves as Head of Training at the Institute for Industrial Development, a national-level incubator supported by the Ministry of MSME.
He has led over 750 training sessions for 20,000+ participants across India and held senior roles in organizations like Sahara India and Swabhiman Finance. With publications in Scopus and UGC Care journals and experience supervising doctoral research, Dr. Sinha combines academic insight with practical expertise. Recognized by NIDM, his work advances disaster resilience, sustainable development, and leadership excellence.
Dr. Rajlaxmi has over 21 years of rich experience in Academics as well as Corporate. She has excellence in stress management and work life balance of executives and teams. She is holding key positions in her academic life. Presently she is working as an Associate Professor in Faculty of Commerce and Management in United University, Prayagraj.
Her unique perspectives come from working within different domain like Academics, CSR, Cultural, Women and Child Development, Skill Empowerment, Trainer, Counsellor and Life Coach.
