Sanjay Mehta and Hareesh Tibrewala
Hareesh and Sanjay, first met at VJTI in 1985 while pursuing their B.E. degree. Thereafter, they went to the US to pursue their Masters from University of Southern California and returned back to India in 1988. In 1997 they co-founded Homeindia.com, one of India’s earliest ecommerce sites. After exiting Homeindia in 2007, they both worked as professionals in different organizations. In 2009, they once again got together, this time to co-found a digital media marketing agency, Social Wavelength. In 2014, WPP (world’s largest communication network) acquired a majority stake in Social Wavelength and it was subsequently rebranded as Mirum. Hareesh and Sanjay continue to run Mirum as Joint CEOs.
